How far in advance should we book?

3–6 months is ideal for best availability. However, last-minute opportunities are considered based on travel and schedule — don't hesitate to reach out.

Do you travel internationally?

Yes — Fonda is available worldwide. Travel expenses are billed separately per industry standard and will be included in your custom proposal.

Can you customize for our specific audience?

Absolutely. Every presentation is adapted to your organization's needs, audience type, and goals. No two presentations are exactly alike.

What does a typical keynote include?

A 45–60 minute presentation plus a 15–30 minute Q&A. Workshop breakouts and additional sessions are available as add-ons.

Are virtual presentations available?

Yes — fully interactive Zoom or Teams presentations with the same energy and impact as in-person. Great for teams in multiple locations.

What is your cancellation policy?

90 days: full refund. 60 days: 50% refund. 30 days: non-refundable. This follows industry standard speaker contract terms.
